Executive Director Dr. Serge Dedina is the honorary degree recipient at Southwestern College's Class of 2010 Commencement for his hard work, importance to the community and his efforts to forge a bi-national solution the region's environmental challenges.

80 foot smoke stacks. 100 feet around the fence void of vegetation because of fire laws. The monster will sit right where the trails of Sweetwater and Jamul trails join with the Otay River trails. This has to be stopped.
ReplyDeleteYes and what gets me fired up is that the land there is zoned for "Park Refuge", and 'they' plan to zone around the power "Monster" to justify legally it being there. What message does this send to our children?
